1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition

Include all original tags, packaging, and certification (if applicable)

Refunds are not available for products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Hamro Rudraksha Bhandar will not be liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

4. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items
